On our ad-supported streaming service, that is available on all major platforms in 27 countries, there is something to watch for everyone. YOUR TASKS

• Create new partnerships from early-stage partnership building, drafting of deals terms and contract negotiation
• Develop strategic new business models with Content houses, Studios, Independent film makers and Content Partners across-the-board
• Create and maintain strong business relationships with the key local players
• Channel Portfolio management
• Work hand-in-hand with our Programming & Content Management teams for the best Content & Channel sorting
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to create a dynamic and up-to-date Content plan for in-App and social promos
• Work very closely with our Content Onboarding Team to guarantee the refreshment of content catalogues
• Support to the Head of Content in the day-to-day activities

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a love for TV and everything pop culture
• At least two years of working experience in the FAST or AVOD space
• Fluency in English in both writing and verbal is a must, other languages are a plus
• Independent research and processing of relevant topics
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work fast, prioritize and multitask, handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative. Proactive in finding new opportunities

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Neue Partnerschaften aus Early-Stage Kundenbeziehungen knüpfen, Ausarbeitung von Vertragsbedingungen und Vertragsverhandlungen.
• Entwicklung von Strategischen neuen Geschäftsmodellen mit Content-Häusern, Studios, unabhängigen Film Studios und Content-Partnern aus allen Bereichen.
• Aufbau und Pflege starker Geschäftsbeziehungen mit den wichtigsten lokalen Akteuren
• Channel Portfoliomanagement
• Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Programmier- und Content-Management-Teams für die beste Inhalts- und Kanalsortierung
• Kooperation mit unserem Marketingteam, um einen dynamischen und aktuellen Content-Plan für In-App- und Social-Kampagnen zu erstellen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Content-Onboarding-Team, um die Aktualisierung der Inhaltskataloge zu gewährleisten

DEIN PROFIL

• Du liebst Fernsehen und alles, was mit der Popkultur zu tun hat
• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im FAST- oder AVOD-Bereich
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
• Eigenständige Recherche und Bearbeitung relevanter Themen
• Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten, die Fähigkeit, schnell zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten.
• Kreativer Kopf und hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative. Proaktiv bei der Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten.
