YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality of our products through manual and automatic testing of SmartTVs and other connected devices in the office.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Quality Assurance department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts for the upcoming FoxxumOS, rlaxxTV app, third party apps onboarding and inhouse development projects.

You will work with a team of testers, engineers, designers and project managers to ensure our products are developed and tested to the highest standards. You will be responsible for developing test plans, overseeing test execution, and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. You should be comfortable working in an international environment, with colleagues and customers across the world.

• Drafting of company-wide guidelines for quality processes and tools
• Organization and definition of the documentation of software errors
• Shaping and organizing the future of the department to ensure the highest possible quality of the software solutions
• Identify how the test teams align within the organization and how the team would achieve the roadmap identified for the project and the organization
• Design of test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
• Create and execute test cases based on story and specification
• Evaluate test coverage, create test definitions for further test automation and update test documentation
• Conduct functional and regression testing
• Develop functional/end-to-end automation tests

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an outstanding talent with a very high level of motivation

• Strong QA experience including front-/back-end test automation (Selenium, TestCafe, Postman…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate on conference calls, reports and by email.
• Experience leading a small team.
• High energy and motivated learner with strong problem investigation skills (ReactJS, different players, remote debugging, …).
• High ability to work independently and leadership/ high seniority level.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL/NoSQL and Linux/Unix.
• ISTQB certification is an advantage
• Experience in the SmartTV App industry is an advantage.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Die Quality Assurance Abteilung ist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung der Qualität unserer Produkte durch manuelle und automatische Tests von SmartTVs und anderen Geräten im Büro.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead für unsere Quality Assurance Abteilung. In dieser Rolle bist du für die Leitung unserer Qualitätssicherung für das kommende Foxxum OS, die rlaxx TV App, das Onboarding von Drittanbieter-Apps und internen Projekten verantwortlich.

Du wirst mit einem Team von Testern, Developern, Designern und Projektmanagern zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte nach den höchsten Standards entwickelt und getestet werden. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Testplänen, die Überwachung der Testdurchführung und die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Branchen- und Unternehmensstandards.

• Erarbeitung von unternehmensweiten Richtlinien für Qualitätsprozesse und -werkzeuge

• Entwerfen von Testplänen, Szenarien, Skripten und Verfahren
• Erstellen und Ausführen von Testfällen auf der Grundlage von Story und Spezifikation
• Bewertung der Testabdeckung, Erstellung von Testdefinitionen für die weitere Testautomatisierung und Aktualisierung der Testdokumentation
• Durchführen von Funktions- und Regressionstests
• Entwicklung von funktionalen/End-to-End-Automatisierungstests

DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN

Wir suchen ein herausragendes Talent mit einem sehr hohen Maß an Motivation

• Ausreichende Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung, einschließlich Front-/Back-End-Testautomatisierung (Selenium, TestCafe, Postman…)
• Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse, da unsere Firmensprache Englisch ist
• Erfahrung in der Leitung eines kleinen Teams
• Energiegeladene und motivierte Person mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung (ReactJS, verschiedene Player, Remote-Debugging…)
